Es handelt sich bei dem plötzlichen Auftauchen des Täters im Video um ein Kompressionsartefakt. Die meisten Codecs verwenden sog. "Key Frames", um sämtliche Bildinformationen zu speichern. Diese Key Frames sind bspw. jedes 25. Bild eines Videos. Alle dazwischenliegenden Bilder speichern nur Differenzinformationen und interpolieren. Je nach Kompressionsrate gehen dabei sehr viele Details verloren und es bilden sich Klötzchen. Erst mit dem nächsten Key Frame enthält das Bild dann wieder alle Details. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Bild, an dem plötzlich der Täter wie aus dem Nichts sichtbar wird, ein solcher Keyframe, denn beim vorherigen Keyframe gab es noch keinen Täter im Bild und somit konnte der auch nicht in den Zwischenbildern interpoliert werden. Daher das plötzliche Auftauchen aus dem Nichts.
