Carla Del Ponte behandelt, wonach ein Sex-Video von Skuratov auftauchte, das so unscharf war, dass Putin,
damals FSB, bestätigte, seine Forensiker hätten festgestellt, es sei Skuratov im Video zu sehen.
Bald danach war Putin Premierminister und die der tschetschenische Terror begann.
