So I’m checking the conditions on the ground: All business people report no customers. I went to the Thai-Burmese border crossing market, it was a ghost town. The RE market is frozen, so 2016-17 was the last year you could easily exit property as a foreigner, which my readers did.
Within 6 months I expect a tidal wave of business closures.
The crisis will break out here when there’s no high season, I expect mass protests. The gov is doing all it can presently, essentially protecting the currency from hyperinflation and price controls on everything consumable.
What I’m seeing here is very illustrative for East Asia, once the whites disappear their consumer civilization disappears.
It’s like time travel … If you’re in Thailand, the Reset is underway.
As to Dollar hyperinflation? I think we have max 8 months before we experience a non-linear event, especially since the Dollar can’t be exported and the deficits are huge and the USA is a deficit nation, as opposed to Japan that’s a surplus nation.....
.....In Thailand they already have price controls on all products. It kinda works.
In the last two years this place has been deserted by almost all foreigners, it’s a wasteland with no cashflow … three more years of this and it’ll time travel back to the 70s.
No joke, Thailand is DEAD.
