Rechtsanwälte in der Runde? Unser tägliches Update gib uns heute....
Hallo allerseits,
Siehe hier:

Careful: Trick questions by border authorities

There are reports from different border crossings that border authorities ask trick questions to find out whether you really want to go to Austria or Germany. They ask for example: “Do you have family in a different country who you want to join?†Or: “Where do you want to go if Germany and Austria are full?†However, if you say you want to go to another country than Austria or Germany they will not let you continue onwards. You should always say you want to go to Austria or Germany, even if you are thinking of continuing to another country.
If you do not want to apply for asylum in Germany or Austria

The European Union is trying to force you to apply for asylum in Austria or Germany. Once you reach Germany, you are forced to apply for asylum there and give your fingerprints. If you travel on, you risk facing a Dublin deportation back to Germany when you start your asylum procedure elsewhere. If you do not want to apply for Asylum in Germany or Austria, you should never say so to the authorities while you are traveling. Stick to the story that you want to go to Germany. Otherwise you will not be able to travel on.
However, there are several things you can try:
If you want to go to Italy, Switzerland or France you can leave the official camps in Austria after registration. Registration in Austria does not mean that you are applying for asylum there. You can then travel to Switzerland or Italy and apply for asylum there. If you want to go to France, you can try to go through Italy. There are border controls at the borders, but you can try to avoid them and ask for asylum once you are inside the countries and the authorities do not know where you came from. If you want to go to any other country such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland or Belgium you should try to do so.
In case your fingerprints are taken in Germany (or any other Dublin country you do not want to stay in) and you have close family (husband/wife/child) in the country you want to reach, you can still try to travel there. It is important that you state directly when you seek asylum in this country that you have family members there. Sometimes this can help your application.
