stimmt es, dass der NRT etwa 20% Dividende bezahlt? Immerhin auf Allzeittief gehandelt.

Folgende Aussage gefällt mir jedoch gar nicht:

"According to the contractual agreement with the operating company, the operating company, BEB ( a joint venture between ExxonMobil Corp. and the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies) does not have to provide detailed geological information to holders of overriding royalty rights."

Also man weigert sich die ungefähre Höhe der vorhandenen Reserven zu veröffentlichen, will aber das Geld der Anleger... Für mich ein No Go.

Aber ich werde mir mal ein paar andere anschauen.

Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) schaut auch ganz gut aus.

Als ETF kann man auch in den Alerian MLP (AMLP) investieren. Ist eher nicht so meine Sache.
