OMFIF definiert sich selbst so:

around a core of public sector asset and reserve holders at the heart of
world finance. OMFIF offers a confidential, convenient and discreet forum
to a unique membership of central banks, sovereign funds, financial
policy-makers and market participants who interact with them."

Wenn die ein Format namens "Radio OMFIF" anbieten, macht sie das
genausowenig zu einem Radiosender (wie beispielsweise "YOU FM" oder
"Hitradio RT1") wie es MAN nicht zu einem Würstchenstand macht,
wenn der Maschinenbauer auf der Hauptversammlung Wienerle mit
Kartoffelsalat austeilt.

OMFIF definiert ihr Ziel ganz klar:

The aim is to promote exchanges of information and best practice in an atmosphere
of mutual trust.

Und ein Teil dieses Austausches sind moderierte calls, in die man als
Mitglied reinhören kann und dies calls werden laut Transkript "Radio OMFIF"
genannt.
