Allerdings ist das Anzeigengeschaeft nicht illegal, illegal sind nur
Dienstleistungen, wenn sie in bestimmter Weise ausgefuehrt werden. Auf
Druck von Behoerden zogen sich die Kreditkartenunternehmen nun zurueck,
allerdings wird dadurch nicht das Gewerbe verschwinden.

This can not be emphasized strongly enough: the underground economy employed half the world’s workers as of 2009, and is growing rapidly.
