Hola zusammen,
der Spanische Bürgerkrieg ging dem Zweiten Weltkrieg quasi als Ouvertüre
voraus und ist heute weitgehend (außerhalb Spaniens) vergessen.
Eine Betrachtung dieses Krieges liefert dem Beobachter manche Aufschlüsse
- über Heldenmut und Wahnwitz, Grauen und schöne Momente.
Aus einem interessanten Buch mit Augenzeugenberichten habe ich ein paar
willkürlich herausgegriffen und in eine neue Form gestellt.
Dem Leser mag somit das ein oder andere erhellende Detail auffallen -
vielleicht können sogar hier und da Parallelen zu uns heute gezogen
werden.

Bin wie du der Ansicht, dass die Syrienkrise wie damals der spanische Bürgerkrieg ein Vorspiel zu einem großen europäischen Krieg ist.
Erstmals seit dem Untergang der Sowjetunion hat Russland außerhalb des Gebiets der ehemaligen Sowjetunion eingegriffen und dem Westen klar die Grenzen seiner Toleranz aufgezeigt.
Genau wie Deutschland erstmals seit dem Versailler Vertrag im spanischen Bürgerkrieg außerhalb seines Reichsgebiets eingegriffen hat.

Dabei blieb Spanien erstaunlicherweise von Weltkrieg II verschont. Es war nur ein Kräftemessen und ein Einschätzen der gegenseitigen militärischen Fähigkeiten.

Nicht nur dem zweiten, auch dem ersten Weltkrieg ging eine Krise voraus.
